Be able to describe factors that influence creatine uptake in muscles.
Be able to describe and interpret the evidence favoring and opposing benefits of creatine supplementation on the performance of various types of exercise and sports.
Be able to describe the effects of creatine supplementation and concurrent resistance training on body composition and strength-related performance.
